One beautiful fall day in the Buttermilk Country, I witnessed the most brilliant moment of climbing that I have ever seen: Nick Waters calmly flashing Fall Guy, a 25 foot tall v9 that climbs over a back breaking boulder. Thanks to Andrew who arranged the pads perfectly to make this crazy problem reasonably safe. I was too busy spotting to catch this moment on film, unfortunately. I did however manage to take a few pics of Nick sending the Checkerboard that cold afternoon.
